Our History: STARK Industries LLC
STARK Industries, LLC was founded in 2016 in Columbus, Ohio. STARK has been in the business of bringing together individuals, companies, organizations, and universities to address growing healthcare needs by capitalizing on cutting edge and emerging technologies. Its current two core products are the NASA JPL VITAL ventilator via it's spin-off company, Spiritus Medical, INC., and the Lifetouch wireless wearable cardiac patch.
Joseph J. Swantack - CEO and President
Mr. Joe Swantack serves as the COO of Spiritus Medical Incorporated. He also co-founded STARK Industries in 2016 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Swantack serves as Isansys Lifecare Ltd.’s U.S. New Business Development Consultant. He has co-founded innovative organizations, bringing new products and ideas from the drawing board to market-ready, and notably served at the Division level as Operations Specialist for the U.S.-based organization The Kroger Company, operationally overseeing 250+ retail locations in the U.S. Midwest.
